In the category of organisational elements, following parts can be distinguished:
Creating awareness, procedures, emergency and crisis plans and trainings.

Security concerns everyone, but in order to motivate everyone to contribute appropriately to the security, the how and why of procedures, guidelines and equipments should be clear.

The purpose of creating awareness is to provide information regarding to the security policy at all levels in the organization.

In the world of security, the knowhow and involvement of the employees about the procedures contribute significantly to the overall security. Therefore it is an essential factor of success. Procedures shall only contain that information that is important for the employees.

Most companies dispose of general security procedures but it is not always clear for employees how to apply these procedures in a correct way.
